I'm a Tech Translator — I turn technology resistance into measurable team performance through training, integration, and learning & development.

Too many organizations invest in technology and then wonder why nothing changed. That disconnect became my focus. I've spent a career bridging powerful technology and the people meant to use it, in resource-constrained environments where results were non-negotiable.

Whether driving AI adoption from 0% to 86% daily active usage, scaling online learning from 100 to 1,000 students, or building data systems that cut failure rates by 67% — the work has always been about closing the gap between what technology can do and what teams actually do with it.
